I like her dark facial expression, shes a devilish little witch and i like how it turned out. her little cloak being so long is cute and her hair looks great! :P

This is incredible! You did such a good job on her cartoony style in a detailed and stylized way, you really outdid the colors and shading, plus the pose. honestly it looks so good the only think i could say looks off is her hands because they're a bit big for her, but regardless you did fantastic!
